The Harrison’s are extremely high-quality.

As well as the other models, they are also hand-made.

And you’ll be able to see the quality and things such as double stitching, brass eyelets, and quality leather in the video.

On top of that, the Harrisons are also pretty comfortable.

And this is a big deal…

They are stylish, and they look really nice.

Oh, there is one other important thing to know.

That is, they run large.

So you will probably have to size down at least one size if not more.

In fact, I am two sizes smaller in some of their shoes.

So these are definitely a pair of shoes you will want to try on to know for sure.

Powerstep Inserts Versus Superfeet Inserts

Today we’re going to dive into PowerStep inserts versus Superfeet inserts.

Just like shoe companies, each insert company approaches how they do things a little bit differently.

Both PowerStep and Superfeet have been around for quite a while.

They are two of the bigger players in the market.

Between the two companies, there are quite a few different offerings with their inserts.

That allows them to cater to various types of feet and/or issues.

Even though I’ve carried Superfeet for over 20 years, I wanted to bring PowerStep into the mix because they provide a good product.

The Twain is specifically for men and it’s similar to the Edlef in that it is a slip-on shoe. It’s a casual shoe, and is quite stylish.

As for the Raine, it’s a bit different. It’s not a shoe, it’s a boot. And it’s made for women.

And this boot is not the “rough and tumble” utility boot like the Danner Vicious, or Hoss Bronc.

The Raine is more of a casual ankle boot.

Are Slipper Cast Orthotics Better Than 3D Scans, Foam Impressions, And Other Types?

Are slipper cast orthotics the best, or are the foam, 3D scans, or other types better? Well, the first thing to know is as technology improves there will be more options for you to choose from.

But having all the options to choose from when getting orthotics will make it a bit more challenging to know what works best.

So in the video above, you’ll learn about which type of orthotic process is the best to create the most accurate orthotic.

Just in case you’re not sure what slipper cast orthotics are, that’s where plaster is wrapped around the foot, and then a bag is placed over everything, and the air is removed.

This creates a pressure mold of your foot.

The 3D scan orthotics process is exactly what it sounds like. A digital scan is made of your foot. From there, an orthotic is created based on that scan.

The foam process is generally where the foot is pressed into foam which leaves an impression. Then an orthotic is made from that impression.

There are also pressure mats, and other types of devices that you can stand on that create impressions of your feet.

As you can see, there are a lot of options.

So is the slipper cast orthotic the best? Or is it the 3D scan or other methods?

Dr. Scholl’s Versus Superfeet Inserts – Which Are Better?
