Three Key HOKA Models For 2025

Today, we are going to dive into three key HOKA models for 2025.

The Bondi 9, the Speedgoat, and the Kaha GTX 3.

First off, the Bondi series of shoes has been very popular due to its increased comfort and support.

The Bondi 9 takes an already great shoe and makes it better.

With its Metarocker© and jframe© technology, the Bondi 9 offers a comfortable and stable ride.

One HUGE difference is the availability of extra wide widths for both men and women, making it easier to find the perfect fit.

This is the first time HOKA has offered the Bondi in wide width for women.

Additionally, the Bondi 9 comes in a variety of colors, though black remains the most popular choice here at the store.

For the trail pounders, the Speedgoat is the ultimate trail shoe.

With a waterproof upper, it’s perfect for tackling rugged terrain with ease.

Whether you are an advanced trail runner, hiker, or just casually strolling on trails, the Speedgoat provides a ton of traction when you’re wearing them.

Finally, we have the Kaha GTX version 3.

The Kaha GTX has become an increasingly popular boot.

Starting with a slimmed-out sole, the Kaha GTX 3 can carry a more aesthetic look while still providing cushioning and support in key areas.

As with the Bondi 9, the Kaha GTX 3 also utilizes HOKA’s Metarocker© and jframe© technology for easy, efficient striding.

Lastly, these three key HOKA models are orthotic compatible, and it’s very easy to get your shoes custom-fit for comfort and support.

The bottom line is that these 2025 HOKA models have something to offer for every person, from the comfort and cushioning of the Bondi 9 all the way to the durable Speedgoat and versatile performer in the Kaha GTX 3.

Hoka Bondi Versus Gaviota

In this post, we’re going to dive into the Hoka Bondi versus the Gaviota. You’ll discover not just what makes both of these shoes so popular but also the differences between the two and which may be better for you.

The Bondi and Gaviota are two of the most popular Hoka models.

So let’s start with the Bondi.

As in previous posts and videos, you’ll see how the Bondi has plenty of cushion, plenty of support, and removable insoles.

It’s the type of shoe that works well for a lot of different people.

It’s a good training shoe, walking shoe, casual shoe, and is one of the most popular shoes that help our customers with foot pain.

I also find that the Bondi 7 is actually a better shoe than the Bondi 8. And you can see why here.

As for the Gaviota, it too has plenty of cushion, support, and removable insoles.

But there are a few key differences.

The first is that it has a wider toe box to allow for your toes to spear out more.

The second big difference is that it has a medial support system, which ads more support on your arch when your foot pronates.

And the fit is a little different than that of the Bondi.

Plus, it’s a few dollars more because there is a bit more material with the shoe.

Either way, both shoes are solid.

If you’re looking at which one is better, it just comes down to how they fit on your feet.

And if you’d like to know which one is a better “fit” for your feet, scroll down and schedule up a time to come to the store for a fitting session, and we can find which one is right for you.

Hoka Bondi Versus Clifton

Today, we’re going to dive into the Hoka Bondi versus the Clifton and discuss the main differences between these two shoes. Plus, you’ll see what one of the main differences is between the Hokas and the other major brands. So let’s dive in…

The Bondi and the Clifton are two of the most popular Hoka models. Plus, they are two of the top-selling shoes here at the store.

But just because they are popular does not mean they are the same.

There are some pretty big differences between the two.

When it comes to the Clifton, it is lighter, has a little less midsole, and tends to fit a more narrow foot.

As for the Bondi, it has more cushion than the Clifton, but that does add a bit more weight.

If you are running in Bondi’s, you don’t really feel the weight because the cushion takes a bit of the stress off of your feet and legs.

What’s interesting about the Bondi’s, though, is that the Bondi 7’s seem to have a sleeker fit than the other versions. Even the Bondi 8.

Many people prefer the Bondi 7 over the 8.

Oh, and one other thing about the Bondi, it’s the only model in Hoka’s lineup that offers men’s sizes in medium, wide, and extra wide.

For women, it’s only medium and wide.

As for which one is better for your feet…

There’s only one true way to know for sure, and that is to try them on and have them fitted.

If you’d like to see which one not only feels better for you but is also better for your feet, then scroll down to the calendar below and schedule an appointment.

You’ll feel the difference between the two, and you’ll leave with the one that fits perfectly.

Hoka Bondi 8 Review

What you’re going to see here is the Hoka Bondi 8 review. I will break down the ins and outs of this shoe so that you can see if this is a good shoe for you.

Over the past few years, Hoka has grown quite a bit as a brand. One of their most popular models is the Bondi. In fact, it’s not only one of their best sellers, but it’s the best-selling shoe we have here at the store.

And their latest version as of spring 2024 is the Bondi 8, which continues to be popular just like the Bondi 7.

Just like the previous models, the Bondi 8 isn’t just comfortable; it’s VERY comfortable with a lot of cushioning.

It also provides a good amount of support, which you don’t often find in other shoes that have a lot of cushioning.

It is also popular with people who are on their feet all day, such as healthcare workers.

But it’s not just the comfort and support that stand out about this shoe; it also has its patented MetaRocker which helps you toe off or walk in a more natural way.

The other great thing about the Bondi 8 is that it works with a lot of different foot styles.

Other shoes and brands don’t do this as well.

Since the Bondi 8 works well with a lot of feet, it can also be a good shoe for people who are dealing with foot pain.

In fact, this is our main shoe when it comes to foot pain.

Not just because it’s a good shoe, but also because it works perfectly with our customer’s orthotics.

What I really like about them is that they come in wide widths. Which is a huge benefit for so many people.

But now let’s dive into a few new…

Bondi 8 features

  • Updated foam to give the Bondi 8 more resilient soles.
  • A slightly firmer heel.
  • It’s slightly lighter.
  • It has a wider base.
  • The upper is a bit more comfortable due to more padding and an upper sleeve that the tongue is attached to.

Overall, the Bondi 8 is a great shoe. Especially for the average runner, walker, or person who is dealing with some foot pain.

But just like any other shoe, you won’t know for sure if it’s right for you until you try it on.

And if you’d like to try a pair of the Bondi 8’s, just scroll down and schedule an appointment below.

This will let me fit the shoe exactly to your feet to see if it’s a good fit.

Hoka Bondi 7 Is Back

That’s right, the Hoka Bondi 7 is back. They’ve decided to reintroduce one of their most popular models for a limited time. Since they’ve done this, I decided to put together a quick walkthrough video for you that breaks down some of the Bondi 7’s features. Check it out.

The Hoka Bondi 7 is a great shoe, and a lot of people love it.

One of the biggest features that people love is the cushion.

It is soft and VERY comfortable.

But it is not so soft that there is no support. You would think that a shoe with as much cushion as this would be flimsy. But it’s far from it.

There is good heel support, the upper and tongue hold your foot in place nicely, and to top it off, it’s lightweight.

It also breathes well.

As for the ride, it’s one of the softest out there. Which you would expect with a shoe with this much cushion.

You will feel like you are sitting a little higher in this shoe than others, but that is because of the way it is built. Generally, it’s not an issue for people and adds to the comfortable feel.

Overall, it’s great to see that the Hoka Bondi 7 is back.

But it’s only for a limited time.

So if you want to try a pair on, scroll down and schedule an appointment in the calendar below.

I look forward to seeing you soon.
