Best Shoes And Inserts For Plantar Fasciitis

Today, we’re going to talk about the best shoes and inserts for plantar fasciitis. You will see what type of shoes are best, what to look for in those shoes, and what type of inserts will be helpful and why. So check out the video below to learn more.

Did you know that plantar fasciitis is the most common foot issue? Around 10% of the population has to deal with this ailment.

And it’s not always caused by running or athletic endeavors.

In fact, there are industries where it tends to be more prevalent than others.

For example…

Healthcare

Education

Construction

Food Services

And the warehouse industry.

Treating plantar fasciitis can be a very frustrating experience as well.

But the first step is getting it diagnosed by a doctor so you can know for sure that you are dealing with PF.

Once you know for sure, there are many ways you can treat it.

One of the simplest ways is to wear the best shoes and inserts for your feet.

That being said, there’s a good chance that your current shoes are not helping. In all likelihood, they’re probably making it worse.

But when you look for the best shoes and inserts, you have to know what will actually help.

Just because a commercial says a soft insert will be best for you does not mean it will.

In fact, a soft insert could be the worst thing for you.

So to find what works best, you’ll need shoes that have specific features, such as a strong heel counter, good cushioning, and a rocker.

Not all shoes have this.

Many times, you’ll need an insert too.

The inserts will generally need a deeper heel cup, and a way to support your arch.

And in the video above, you’ll see more details about why.

But the only way to know for sure what the best shoe and insert are for your feet is to try them on and have them fitted.

Without a professional fitting, you’ll just be shooting in the dark and hoping it will work.

And if your plantar fascia pain is really getting to you and you need help with it, I can help you find the best shoes and inserts for your feet.

If you’d like my help, scroll down below and schedule an appointment.

Once you do that, I’ll be able to help you find the best shoes and inserts for plantar fasciitis pain.

The demands that are placed on your feet while you’re working are pretty significant.

On top of that, there are other hazards that you have to pay attention to, such as liquids, oils, and food. All of these can create issues while you’re working.

Of course, you can go out and buy any ole’ shoe from the big box stores or even online…

Best Shoes For Standing All Day

The best shoes for standing all day may not be what you think. Actually, let’s rephrase that. The best brands you can wear if you’re standing all day are not what you think. In the video below, you’ll see two good brands that have good shoes for you if you’re on your feet all day.

There are so many jobs and industries out there that require you to be standing all day.

The medical industry.

Construction.

Teaching.

Etc.

And for each of those industries, some shoes are better than others.

But there are also other brands and shoes that you can wear that will fit the bill.

To most people’s surprise, it’s not the big-name brands that you would think of. The best shoes for standing all day generally come from smaller brands.

These smaller brands use higher-quality materials, spend more time designing and creating the shoes, and tend to be more focused on having shoes that are just better.

In the video above, you’ll see what two of these brands are.

You’ll learn why the shoes from these companies are good, and you’ll learn about some of the features as well.

So if you are on your feet all day and your feet are hurting, the first thing you want to look at is your shoes.

There’s a good chance that either the shoes are not of good quality or they’re worn out and you need a new pair.

If you continue to wear them, you could end up with pain.

And once you have pain, things can get worse quickly with the wrong pair of shoes.

So it’s important to find the right pair for you.
