A few weeks ago you purchased your orthotics. I thought it would be really helpful to keep you updated every few months as to what is happening to your orthotics as they begin to age.
That way you know what to expect and what to watch out for with your orthotics.
Below is the first video of four in the wear and tear series. It’ll explain the basics of breaking in your orthotics.
