My name is James Masi and I’ve been to Frank’s store many times over the years. Decades ago I did my 1st 10K. Cheap shoes, poor orthotics, I suffered greatly.
Went to see Franky G. He looked at my shoes, asked me how to stand there. He says, your shoes are wrong, you have improper orthotics.
Ever since then, that was decades ago, Frank is the only one that touches my feet.
He’s provided me over the decades with excellent shoes, the proper orthotics.
I’m now able to run fairly pain free and feel a little bit more competitive for my age. I am 68.
I’ve never had a bad experience with Frank. He’s the ultimate professional. He’s patient with his customers. He definitely goes out of his way to get to the root cause of your foot problem and does everything in his power to try to alleviate it, and get you back out on the streets.
