Hello. My name is Eileen Margenat, and I was referred to Frank Giannino back in 2018.
At that time I was working full-time nights as a nurse in the neonatal intensive care unit at Westchester Medical Center, and my friend noticed me hobbling down the hallway and stopped and asked me why I was walking that way.
I said to her, I am in so much pain. I think I have a heel spur or plantar fasciitis, I’m not sure. She says you have to go see Frank. I said, Who’s Frank? She goes. He has a running store up in Middletown.
And I took her advice, and Frank spent well over an hour with me custom fitting my feet to the perfect orthotic and a new pair of sneakers.
And my friend told me in two weeks her feet were like nothing had ever been wrong. I think mine were so severe it took a little longer, maybe 3-4 weeks at the most.
But having been to two different foot doctors, all wanting to shoot me up with cortisone and charge me exorbitant prices for a custom orthotic, Frank was able to solve my problem in four weeks.
I felt like I could even start running again. It was amazing. I could not believe how good I felt, and the cost was substantially less than what the foot doctors wanted to charge me. So it was well worth my visit.
I have since referred three of my closest friends and my brother who drove all the way from Clinton, Connecticut to go see Frank.
So I appreciate his very kind and sweet demeanor, and his customer service is number one. And Frank, I hope you stay there for a long time because I can send a lot more people your way. Appreciate you so much. Thank you.
